Local artist/teacher Meera Agarwal works in oil, acrylic & mixed media. Meera’s paintings are inspired by nature, her native India & travels. Her award-winning work is routinely juried into prominent exhibits in Westchester & Fairfield counties. Meera teaches painting in the local after-school program and conducts workshops. She volunteers with non-profits like Rye Arts Center, Carver Center, Big Picture Foundation and India Cultural Center.

Together with entrepreneurial and creative Rye residents the Rye Artisan Market launched in February 2019. Several months a year the Rye Square House opens its doors to support local artists and to offer everyone in and around Rye the opportunity to socialize and network. Stop by and check out some beautiful and unique products and catch up on the latest news in town.
